Wedge Tailed Eagle

I am going to start sharing short post showing off my favourite photos. The first is of a Wedge Tailed Eagle taken at Gorge Wildlife Park back in 2019 on a very wet day. I loved this photo so much that I ended up having it blown up into a full sized print and it now hangs proudly up on my wall. I just love the look in its eye! If you zoom in on its eye, you can actually see the reflection of the trees that were behind me. I also had it on display at a market stall, but it was not for sale. It is something I just can’t part with.

For those who are awaiting My Photography Story – Part 2. That is still coming. If you missed “My Photography Story – Part 1” I will add a link below the photos.

I love my photography. I believe it all comes down to my love of nature. I live in Adelaide, Australia, and we are so blessed to live close to the sea and close to the bush. Twenty minutes to the west and you see beautiful beaches. Twenty minutes to the east and you’re walking through the bush with koala’s in the wild. Then we have the city itself with an abundance of modern and historical architecture. But I love other things. Birds, landscapes, the stars. Flowers and bees. You will see them here on my website.
